I really love Egypt..I dread the thought of visiting or living there..Wouldn't want to live there but I'd like to visit, then again it looks really hot..Because so much of it is desert (sp.)...I don't know modern egypt at all or very much but ancient egypt is cool and those pyramids and stuff have amazingly survived for such a very long time.
I had a really neat book about Egypt once but it kept tearing up too easily..@_@.
Did you know some pharohs were actually women? It's true!
I love Anubis..He looks cute..He's one of the ancient egyptian gods..I don't know if anybody still worships the gods and goddesses still..
Another really interesting god is Set..He's the "evil" one...Something about killing Osiris? I can't remember for sure, sorry.
I once named one of the characters in my FF3 game "Set Toy" and a friend of mine..*lol*..When we were talking about him..She thought the name I gave the character was "Sex Toy" ...*falls over laughing*
